VACATION SUITES

All of our canine and feline guests are fed prescription Purina Veterinary Diet foods. Clubbers will be fed EN (Gastroentric Diet) for balanced nutrition. For those who have sensitive constitutions we will offer Prescription Purina FortiFlora, a probiotic that balances intestinal bacteria for pets who suffer from intestinal problems.

We are ready to take your pet’s vacation reservations. We welcome guests 7 days a week. Check-ins are Monday through Friday 7am to 7:00pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm, and Sunday 2pm to 5pm. Check-out is by Noon, except Sundays.

Dogs
26 luxury garden view indoor/outdoor canine suites, 26 luxury poolside indoor/outdoor canine suites, and 4 Presidential/Family suites available, some with web-cam access. Inside, our suites are air-conditioned and heated, and have hammock-like beds for your pets. Each individual suite is attached to a large outdoor terrace. Soothing music is played throughout the boarding suites. For guests  who prefer a more home-like setting, we have luxury suites equipped with daybeds and televisions as well as a place to put your picture while your away.

Cats ... Coming Soon
The Deluxe Kitty Villas were designed by cat lovers. Each villa is a peaceful, kitty-friendly habitat, some with window views of the outdoors,an LCD panel with pet-friendly shows or an aquarium. Each Villa is multi-level, for climbing and hiding. Soothing music completes the spa experience for your pet.

Kitty Condos not yet available, but cats are welcome to stay comfortably over at Chester Animal Clinic.

Exotics ... Coming Soon
We also board exotics in our tropical room....ferrets, rabbits, and other pocket pets....all are welcome. Call in advance about special accommodations as spaces are limited.

DAYCARE

Dogs crave companionship, exercise and attention. When your pet spends his Dog Days with us, he’ll get plenty of each. Bring your pet in for fun in the sun and enjoy the convenience of daycare as well as healthy socialization.

Daycare hours are Monday through Friday 7AM to 7PM. Saturday daycare is also available upon request.  Our daycare environment is so enriching for dogs even many stay-at-home and work from home parents drop their pets off for the socialization, exercise and sunshine.

Participants are grouped by size and activity level. Your pet’s stay may include supervised group activities, play time, pool time, snack time and, of course, nap time. A Playtime Pal Test is given for each pet to ensure we maintain an aggressive-free play zone. For those who need encouragement, Canine Good Behavior classes will be available.

CONCIERGE SERVICES

Group Swim
Splashing with your friends, chasing balls, leaps into the pool—what could be more fun? If you’re a dog, not much! Group swim is our most popular activity.

Our climate controlled, bone-shaped swimming pool is only
4 ½ inches deep in the shallow end graduating to 4 ½ feet in the deep end. Even the most reluctant dogs succumb to “peer pressure” and go for a splash.

Cuddle Time
This is a favorite for our counselors as well as our guests. Cuddle time is one-on-one time for your pet with their camp counselor. Lots of cuddles, rubs and smooches for all involved.

Group Playtime
Hanging with your dawgs. Now that’s a good time. Dogs are grouped by size and spend their time playing “keep away”, “catch me if you can”, chasing Frisbees and interacting with their counselors.

Nature Walk
Your dog will enjoy a serene walk through the woods with his camp counselor. He’ll get to listen to the sounds of nature and lap water from our own turtle pond. There are hills and logs to climb, or trails for just taking it easy.

Live Webcams
Watch your pets enjoy their vacation or day while you’re away or at work.  You’ll be envious of all the fun their having! If you want this option, you’d better book ahead because it’s only available in select suites.

Things You Should Know About Canine Cough

Vacation & daycare guests are eligible to enjoy the resort activities once they pass the playtime pal test. This test is an indicator (not a guarantee) that pets will respond positively and playfully with each other to maintain our aggressive-free play zones. Once you’ve completed, signed and returned the New Guest form, Guest Profile, and Liability Release we’ll schedule an appointment for your pet to be tested. This test is $15.00/pet and administered by one of our experienced Guest Services team.

All guests must also be current on vaccines administered by a veterinarian. This includes 1 year and/or 3 year Rabies and DHPPC, annual Leptospirosis. Every six months your pet will also need an Infectious Tracheobronchitis (Bordetella/Kennel Cough) and a negative fecal exam. All pets must be on parasite prevention.
