Pets are invited under the tent. Tours will be given throughout the day of the facility and park. Giveaways and Drawings during the day as well. Please come by and see us!

This is an enormous project that requires a 5-6-phase construction strategy. The first phase will consist of 26 luxury garden view indoor/outdoor canine suites, 26 luxury pool view indoor/outdoor canine suites and 4 presidential luxury poolside indoor/outdoor suites.

This is an enormous project that requires a 3-phase construction strategy.
The first phase will consist of 26 luxury garden view indoor/outdoor canine suites, 26 luxury pool view indoor/outdoor canine suites and 4 presidential luxury poolside indoor/outdoor suites.

Above the suites will be an indoor romp room for those wet and cold, blustery days. There will be doggievator to the romp room for our geriatric clients as well as cushioned flooring to ease their joint discomfort during playtime. Outside there will be 4 fenced in acres with different play zones for playtime, a bone-shaped, inground swimming pool, agility course as well as a designated area for obedience training.

There are also plans to include 6 kitty condominiums with scheduled programming on the LCD TV or a poolside view through their own private window. Web cams will be available to view your pets while you’re away. You’ll be able to watch your pet(s) while their napping, swimming, running on their vacation. This service will only be available in select canine suites and kitty condos initially. Chester Animal Clinic will modify it’s front to match the entrance to West Chester Pet Resort, immediately behind the clinic.

The park will be open 7 days a week. The second phase will be the construction of a new state-of-the-art veterinary hospital with 7 exam rooms (next to the current Chester Animal Clinic) with potential for a 24-hour emergency center.
The third phase will be a complete renovation of the original Chester Animal Clinic into the lobby of the pet resort and will also include K.C.’s Bathz, Barkery and Boutique. K.C.’s will be an upscale pet bakery continuing to make fresh treats for your pets using only human-grade ingredients; a chic pet boutique carrying toys, gifts, and pet merchandise as well as products for all of our pet loving clients; and stylish grooming salon with 4 grooming stations with plans for a grooming school.

The boutique will also include a pet art gallery where local artists can have their creations displayed and available for purchase. This facility will also have an additional 12 kitty condominiums for day boarding and/or vacationing. We’re taking names and deposits for daycare applicants NOW. A mandatory socialization test will be given to all applicants to ensure we maintain aggressive-free playzones. Obedience courses will be available for those who need a little encouragement.

Park memberships will be available for those who just want to bring their pets to run, swim and have puppy playtime while they sit by the pool and read the paper. A mandatory socialization test will also be given for all pets applying for park membership to maintain aggressive-free playzones.
