All guests who have passed our temperament test will be participating in group play times unless you’ve requested otherwise. You know best what your pet will enjoy the most. Let us know what they’d prefer. All vacation packages include (2) 30-minute group playtimes/day. If your pet has not passed or taken the temperament test they will receive (1) 30-minute one-on-one play time per day.
If you’ve opted for straight boarding you can request for play times or other services to be added if you’d like. If you’ve opted for a package your pet can have 2 group activities per day. Please let us know what they’d prefer. |

All dogs staying longer than one night go home smelling fresh and clean from a departure bath. We give departure baths the day before to ensure they are dry when you pick them up. This is a boarding style bath – just a bath, brush and blow dry. This is offered at $25.00 per pet. If you’ve chosen a package the departure bath is included at a discounted rate. |

Every precaution is in place to prevent against injury, escape, or death of your pet. The staff and/or facility will not be held liable for problems that develop provided reasonable care and precautions are followed. Upon check in, you will be asked to give a phone number where we may reach you in the event of an emergency. If you are unavailable and your pet requires immediate or emergency medical attention, they will be treated by our Veterinary staff. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES FOR TREATMENT THAT ARE DEEMED NECESSARY BY OUR STAFF OF VETERINARIANS.

WE REQUIRE PROOF OF CURRENT VACCINES ADMINISTERED BY A VETERINARIAN. Vaccines required for dogs are 1 and/or 3 year Rabies and DHPP-C (includes Distemper and Parvo), 1 year Leptospirosis and every six months an Infectious Tracheobronchitis (Canine Cough/Bordetella). All dogs are also required to have a negative fecal exam every six months. Annual vaccines required for indoor cats are Rabies and FVRCP, a negative fecal exam and proof of a negative FELV/FIV test; any cat that goes outdoors MUST annually have a FELV/FIV test, FVRCP, FELV, negative fecal exam and Rabies.
All pets must also be free of fleas and ticks as well as internal parasites, or they will be treated at the time of admission at the owner’s expense.
You are charged for each day in the facility, beginning with the day of arrival. A boarding day consists of the time you drop off until check out at 12:00 noon the next day. Picking up after 12:00 noon will result in an additional day boarding charge. We prefer that you pick up your pets from boarding after 9 a.m. to give our staff time to finish morning feeding and activities. OUR OFFICE HOURS FOR PICK UP AND DROP OFF ARE 7 AM TO 7 PM MONDAY- FRIDAY, 8AM TO 5PM SATURDAYS, 2PM TO 5PM SUNDAYS.
Once we receive your Boarding Reservation Request we will call you, please be sure to provide a number where we may reach you. THESE REQUESTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION CALL FROM ONE OF OUR STAFF. |
